This is the "steak of the sea", one of the most delicious and exclusive fishes you can eat. Typically you will only find Chilean Seabass in very fine restaurants.
This is a center cut, belly trimmed, boneless, and thick Chilean Sea Bass Steak.
These wild-caught Chilean Sea Basses are caught in the southern hemisphere "Cono Sur" of the planet.
Notes: We can always combine Chilean Seabass with another protein or make it part of a custom menu. Talk to your event planner and ask them to incorporate this item as part of the menu.

Plating: Not required. Must be plated. This is a sit down and eat kind of item
Recommended Addons: We like pairing it with Sake or a good white wine. Veggies make for a great side or a Surf / Truft with Filet Mignon.
Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included. Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
