When it comes to a proper parrillada, at Get The Cook we are the KINGs. Only because we are part of the Meat N' Bone family and they are the real Grill Masters.
A parrillada will have an assortment of cuts of meat, grilled to perfection over charcoal, wood or gas. We are talking big sharing latin American cuts: Picanha, Vacio, Churrasco, Short Rib. Everything cooked to perfection.
Sides include Linguiza, Salchicha Parrilelra, Blood Sausages (Morcilla), Chorizo, Mashed potatoes and of course... Chimichurri.
The price of this experience can go anywhere from $35 - $100 per person, depending on your selection of meats. We work directly with Meat N' Bone on this. so you have access to over 5 grades of beef and 100+ cuts. Your event planner will help you iron out the details!
Everything is plated in typical gaucho fashion, meaning wooden boards and serrated knives.

Plating: Not required. Must be plated. This is a sit down and eat kind of item
Recommended Addons: Red wine, beer, etc..
Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included. Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
