Europeans keep it simple. Who does not love steak and fries?
This is a very common and popular dish served in brasseries throughout Europe consisting of steak paired with French fries. It is considered by some to be the national dish of Belgium, which claims to be the place of its invention.
Depending on the beef you select, the price of this dish will vary. It can be very affordable if you go with a delicious, but very well-priced Outside Skirt Steak... or it can get very expensive if you with Japanese Wagyu. That is up to you.
For now, we are pricing it at a 8oz option of USDA Prime Outside Skirt and a delicious side of french fries served with our house signature chimichurri.

Equipment Required: Grill, Broiler, Cast Iron ... will also need a frier.
Plating: Depends on the occasion.
Recommended Addons: A decadent dessert. Pai with red wine or a good beer.
Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included. Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
